3. Applicant Duties
Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring all credentials, document uploads, passport details, and study funding declarations are accurate, complete, and legally valid.
4. Limitation of Liability
Monarch is a digital portal and assistant. While we verify requirements against sitemaps and official guidelines, final decisions reside exclusively with the respective consular departments.
